When I had my stay at Martha's apartment, I tried to learn how to cook Colombian cuisine. The apartments' kitchen is very neat that I felt pretty comfortable working out my cooking skills for Colombian cuisine. One cuisine I like there is the fritanga, which is a set of dishes composed of grilled beef and chicken, sausages like longanisa and chorizo. I like chorizo pretty much, but it is really complex to make. Having my self-made chorizo is really rewarding.
